Hepatitis
joe asked:

A month ago, I took around 5,000 mg of acetaminophen within a 24 hour period. For the next two weeks I felt like shit but now I feel fine. Is it possible i underwent acute hepatitis and I’m now better? Possible long term effects? blahblah etc..

The acute hepatitis unless you could try not to take anything that would be just the next few months or so.
For the next few months or so you continued abusing your liver with continued abusing your liver that could develop chronic condition maybe for the next few months or so you continued abuse you could develop chronic condition maybe for the next few months or so you continued abusing.

    no.

from a single overdose, you would have only an acute injury that you have now resolved. this would not go on to any chronic form of liver disease.

just don’t do it again. — repeat exposures COULD result in progressive injury that causes scarring (cirrhosis) of the liver.

An overdose of any other medication can cause enough liver damage in 24 hr period or an overdose of acetaminophen can cause enough liver damage to kill someone see doctor and have blood.
