    hep B.. is spread thru contact with body fluids…
    did she got prick by a used needle?..
    or…
    unclean.. tattoo done?..
    or come in contact with blood fluids..

    trust her.. since.. you say that she is ur girl friend…
    the most important now.. is to get her treated..

    u never know because it can be spread by sexual activity too but that dosent mean that she was infected by sex other reasons too just google for other reasons
