How probable is Hepatitis B carrier getting liver cancer?

Here’s the blood test results:

Hepatitis B Surface Antigen: Positive
Hepatitis B Surface Antibody: Negative
Hepatitis B e-antigen: Negative
Hepatitis B Core IGM Antibody: Negative
Hepatitis B e-antibody: Postive

All the Hepatic Function Panel test results (including AST, ALT, and AFP) are normal.
