Hepatitis
Kyle J. Norton asked:

As we mentioned in previous articles, hepatitis is characterized by the destruction of a number of liver cells and the presence of inflammatory cells in the liver tissue caused by excessive alcohol drinking, disorders of the gall bladder or pancreas, medication side effects, and infections. Any foods that contribute to inflammation of liver cells and lowering the strength of immune system should be avoided.

1. Cheeses, fatty snacks and meat

All these foods are high in saturated and trans fats. Not only do they cause cholesterol build up in your arteries but they also increase high blood pressure also damaging the immune system. It also is the main contributor to gallstone formation, fat livers that reduce the normal function of liver and make it vulnerable for virus infection.

2. All processed meats and sausages

All processed meat and sausage contains high amounts of artificial food additives and preservation that is toxic to the body resulting in weakened liver function and making it easy to be infected by the hepatitis virus.

3. Nuts

Do not to eat spoiled or moldy peanuts which contain toxic elements that is associated with the acceleration of hepatoma.

4. Avoid excessive drinking

Alcohol kills liver cells and causes inflammation as well as leading to cirrhosis.

5. Sugar

Since most people with hepatitis B have abnormal blood sugar levels, eating extra sugar causes liver inflammation and free radical damage.

6. Do not overload your body with excess iron because it is toxic to the body.
