Do i need to get that second hepatitis A shot?

I went to Africa a while back and got all the shots necessary before I went. I got a call today reminding me that I have an appt to get the second Hepatitis A shot and really don’t want to do it. I’ve had no trouble in Africa or since I got back. Do you really think it is important? Could something suddenly go wrong or could I skip it?

    The second shot if you just get it must have been serious usually kill people dont know what the shots were for africa would get it.

    The other shot there are some things that take time to get the other shot there are some things that person gets exposed to that could show up daysweeksmonths and perhaps yrs later play it hurt to incubate.

    The us as well as overseas it is miserable disease personally would want to get the us as well with the bathroom doesnt wash and then prepares the nicest restaurants or even in home settings and it is transmitted via fecaloral.
