Can a hepatitis b positive man have children?

If the mother is hepatitis b negative and the father is hepatitis b positive would it be possible for them to have a child without the child getting hepatitis b? What if the father is antigen positive? Also the opposite what if he is antibody positive? Would the mother be at risk of getting hepatitis b if they start trying to have a baby?

    Hepatitis positive that merely means he wont have kids but there is big.
